LESSON PROGRAM

From stretching and yoga to prepare your body, to swimming lessons with relaxing effects,
we offer lessons that anyone can join with ease.
The instructor will guide you carefully, so please don't worry even if you are a beginner.

Notice of changes in business operations

Group lessons are being resumed one after another.
The number of participants will be limited to ensure social distance.
Numbered tickets will be handed out at the fitness front desk one hour before the day of the event.
