One Harmony is an initial fee-free and annual fee-free membership program that can be used at Okura HOTELS & RESORTS, nikko hotels international, and HOTEL JAL CITY.
In addition to accumulating points every time you use the hotel, we also offer special privileges unique to Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba on top of the basic privileges of One Harmony, Available in Japan, around the world, and in a wide range of ways.

STATUS UPGRADE
One Harmony has four types of membership status.
Depending on the number of points earned (used in January to December of each year) or the number of nights stayed,
we will invite you to Loyal, Exclusive, and Exclusive Plus Member.
The more you use it, the higher your membership status will be.

*The membership status is valid for one year (from April to March every year).
*During the period (January to December) for which the points are calculated, if the criteria are achieved, the status will be upgraded by the end of the next day and will be valid until the end of March of the following year.
*As for the number of nights stayed, stays arranged through reservation via a travel agency will also earn points. Please show your membership number when you check in.
*Points earned at the time of your stay and the number of nights you stay will be counted as the subject of the computation period on checkout day.
For example, for stays at the end of the year, if the check-out date is the next year, the points earned and the number of nights stayed will be counted in the next year's computation period.

We offer member preferred rates for members.After registering as a One Harmony member, you can make reservations directly through the hotel's official website.

Anniversary benefits
One dessert service (decorated plate) is available only when dining at an affiliated restaurant. Registration in “My Profile” within your account is required to receive the anniversary benefits. You can check your anniversary benefit usage status in your account.

Wedding privilege
If you hold a wedding reception for 50 or more people, you or the person who introduced the wedding will receive 12,000 points after the reception.
*This cannot be used in combination with other privileges such as introduction benefits from wedding agencies. This cannot be combined with any discounts or special benefits.

Bonus Point Privileges
We will give +25% bonus points to Loyal Member customers, +50% bonus points to Exclusive Member and Exclusive Plus Member customers.

Exclusive Plus members enjoy a complimentary breakfast for up to three guests per room for your stay（Children sharing a bed are not eligible）.

*If you stay with a plan that includes breakfast, we cannot refund or discount the cost of the breakfast included in the plan.
Accommodation invitation coupon
To members who earn 50,000 points (eligible points) or more every year (from January to December), we will send you an accommodation invitation coupon in April of the following year.
Please note that the points carried over from the previous year are not included.
