THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO, located in DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, is one of the largest comprehensive Gunpla facilities in Japan.

Gojira Store Daiba

In March 2025, Godzilla Store Daiba, the fourth store in Japan, opened on the fifth floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza.

The world's largest Godzilla Store features a photo studio where visitors can take pictures with monster figures, a giant gacha machine "monster capsule," and a "wall visual" featuring a large collection of successive generations of Godzilla, making it a fun spot for all ages.

Located on the second floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Hello Kitty Japan DiverCity Tokyo Plaza Store is an official Sanrio character store offering a wide selection of Sanrio character items.

The store sells "limited design" Kitty goods.

One of the most recommended souvenirs is the "Kongariyaki", which is only available in Odaiba.
