This gastronomy plan is based on the concept of encountering culture through “food”as an artistic, cultural, and social activity. The plan pays homage to the ingredients and culinary culture of every region, and through the skill and sensitivity of our chefs, sublimates them into course meals that can be savored to their backgrounds and stories, delivering an intellectual and sensory rich “culinary journey”.
The first event will be the Aomori Fair, highlighting the “undiscovered”charm”of Aomori Prefecture's proud food ingredients.

The Teppanyaki chef has sublimated selected Aomori ingredients such as Aomori flatfish, Aomori chamorrock, and Aomori Kuraishi beef and Hakkouda beef sirloin into a course to be enjoyed by all five senses.
