「TOKYO MADE MORNING」概要
Menu Items (Excerpt)
Vegetables | Fresh seasonal produce delivered straight from the farm
We offer fresh, seasonal vegetables delivered directly from Yoko Farm in Tokorozawa, where crops are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We pair these vegetables with our versatile
“Furikake Vinegar”—a savory two-cup vinegar blend made with famous rice vinegar—and a sweet-and-sour, hotel-style dressing made with acai, to bring out the natural charm of these simple ingredients.

Rice & Side Dishes | Flavors that carry on Tokyo’s culinary heritage
"Fukagawa Meshi," a soy sauce-based rice dish cooked with clams that was once a favorite among Fukagawa fishermen, is a staple of the region. We also offer a selection of side dishes to accompany your rice, including "Tsukudani"—a simmered dish carefully prepared over an open flame
—and "Tokyo Bettara-zuke," a pickled radish that bursts with the sweetness of rice malt and the refreshing aroma of yuzu. We have elegantly reimagined these flavors, rooted in everyday Tokyo life
, as part of our hotel breakfast.

Noodle Dishes | A Bowl That Carries On a Legacy
"Adachi-na Udon" is made with komatsuna grown in Adachi Ward, a variety with a history of being presented to Lord Tokugawa Iemitsu. It features a subtle flavor derived from
the komatsuna and a light, refreshing texture. Rich in iron, it makes for a perfect Japanese breakfast that gently warms the body. Enjoy it simply with wasabi,
ginger, and noodle broth. [TOKYO Iishina] Adachi-na Udon

A la carte | Classic Japanese and Western breakfasts
We offer a quintessentially Japanese breakfast menu featuring grilled fish with a fragrant, crispy skin paired with tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) with its comforting sweetness. We also offer a selection of classic
Western breakfast items, such as fluffy pancakes and moist French toast, so you can choose whatever suits your mood that day.
Drinks & Desserts | A gentle sweetness perfect for the morning
Our drink menu features Tokyo-brand milk made from raw milk collected from dairy farmers in the Tama region, as well as fresh melon juice that’s so juicy and aromatic, it’s just like eating the melon flesh itself.
