Notice Regarding the Use of Portable Battery Chargers in Guest Room
There have been recent reports in Japan and overseas of incidents involving portable battery chargers (power banks) emitting smoke or catching fire.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of portable battery chargers in guest rooms as follows:
・Please refrain from charging portable battery chargers when you are away from your room.
・When charging your mobile devices from a portable battery charger, or charging a portable battery charger from a room outlet, please avoid using them in the following locations:
Please note that, during housekeeping service, if any of the above situations are observed, our staff may relocate the portable battery charger to a safer place to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
