GARDEN DINING "Hawaii Fair"

Enjoy an authentic Hawaiian experience in Odaiba, including performances and hula dances!
This year’s “Hawaii Fair” features a special menu curated by Executive Chef of the prestigious hotel “The Kahala Hotel & Resort” in Hawaii!

Available dates: July 14th (Sun) to August 31st (Thu)

In addition, plentiful drinks are lined up that go well with Hawaiian food, including popular local beers and colorful cocktails that take after the image of the Hawaiian beach.

We offer a special menu curated by Wayne Hirabayashi, the executive chef of “The Kahala Hotel & Resort”.
This will feature representative dishes and desserts from popular restaurants at Kahala Hotel such as the contemporary island cuisine restaurant “Hoku’s” and “Plumeria Beach House”.
“The Kahala Hotel & Resort” is an iconic luxury resort hotel on Hawaii’s Oahu island and partnered with "Okura Nikko Hotels".

Some live music with Hawaiian dancers are also performed during the fair.

Food
Local dishes that will bring the tropical atmosphere of Hawaii to guests include “back ribs with barbeque sauce” which is perfect with Hawaiian beer, an elaborate variety of “poke” that caters to everyone’s tastes, and “poisson cru”—a rich local dish making its debut this year that is made from sliced tuna and vegetables mixed with coconut milk.

“Hawaii Fair” will also feature many drinks that are the perfect accompaniment for Hawaiian food, such as 4 different types of the popular Hawaiian local beer “Kona beer,” the classic tropical cocktail “Mai Tai,” as well as “Blue Hawaii,” whose distinctive deep blue color is reminiscent of Hawaii’s sea.

◆Wayne Hirabayashi
-Executive Chef of "The Kahala Hotel & Resort"-


Since his appointment as Executive Chef of The Kahala Hotel & Resort in April 1999, Wayne Hirabayashi has led the hotel’s signature restaurant “Hoku’s” to numerous awards. The restaurants at Kahala Hotel have received great acclaim from many media outlets and magazines in both Japan and abroad. Chef Hirabayashi has also held cooking classes at the hotel and made frequent appearances on local television programs to raise awareness about Hawaii’s local ingredients, its elegant cooking techniques, and the joy of appreciating the art of cooking.
