Preventive measures regarding the New Coronavirus(nCoV)
The safety and health of our hotel guests and employee is always our prior concern. The following measures are carried in order to prevent the spread of the New Coronavirus (COVID-19) or any eventual infection.
1. To our hotel’s employees
Respecting the procedures recommended by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, as a precautionary measure, the hotel has strengthened the disinfection of public spaces.
・ Alcohol disinfectant is placed in each location, including the front entrance and restaurant entrance.
・Acrylic boards are installed at each location, including the front desk and restaurant cashier station.
・The number of people using the elevator is restricted.
・Social distancing markers are placed on sofas and chairs in the lobby.
・The 2nd floor front entrance is left open and ventilation is carried out (four times/day).
・Step markers are in place to help guests maintain a fixed distance from each other during check-in and check-out.
・Restaurant guests are guided to seats with space in between.
・Tables and chairs are disinfected with alcohol for each guest.
・Cash trays are used for making payments.
・Guest rooms and lent items in rooms are disinfected with alcohol.

・Wear a mask when visiting the facility.
・Disinfect hands using the alcoholic disinfectant placed in each locations.
・During check-in, fill out the health survey form and locations of previous accommodations.
If you have a fever, severe fatigue, or shortness of breath for a sustained period of time during your stay at the hotel, please notify the hotel staff.
3.Measures to prevent staff getting infected
・Mandatory wearing of masks.
・Temperature checking prior to work, hand washing, gargling, and hand disinfection with alcohol disinfectant.
・Hand disinfection by front desk and lobby staff after all guest interactions (using carried spray).
